14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, email us at info@kaharcosmetics.com within this period with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required.
Exception: opened products
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products whose seal has been broken after delivery (Article 16(e), Directive 2011/83/EU). Our hair oil is supplied sealed. Once the seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned.
How to return
After notifying us, send the unopened product back within 14 days to the return address we provide by email. You pay the cost of returning the product. Please pack it carefully.
Refunds
We refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs of your original order within 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof that you have sent it. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used.
Damaged or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo. We will replace the product or refund you, including all shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
